How fast is delivery?
Reels in 3–5 business days (3 on a retainer), hero pieces in 7–14. Rush 48–72 h is +50%.
How many revisions do I get?
Two rounds per piece. A revision changes the existing edit: cuts, music timing, text, colour. A new concept or reshoot is new work.
How long is a shoot?
As long as it takes to capture your deliverables, up to your package's cap (1.5–3 hours). Overtime only ever happens with your approval.
What's a hero piece?
Your flagship commercial: a polished, story-driven 30–45 second ad for paid ads, your website and launches. +$500 per extra 15 seconds.
How do I book?
Pick a package and a date, and your card is held for a 50% deposit. We confirm your date within 24 hours, and only then is the deposit charged. The balance is due on delivery. Retainers start with a short discovery call.
What if we have to cancel?
You get a full refund of your deposit, at any point before your shoot is completed. That includes weather: most camera gear can't go out in the rain unless it's planned for ahead of time, and even then it's usually a no, so if rain or unsafe conditions stop a shoot we'll reschedule at no charge.
What if you need to cancel?
Cancel more than 5 days before your shoot and your deposit is refunded in full. Within 5 days, the deposit is kept to cover the reserved day. Need a different date instead? Email us, and if we agree a new date more than 5 days out, your deposit carries over. Full details in our Terms.
