Privacy policy

Philomerax LLC ("PHILOMERAX", "we", "us") is a creative studio in Atlanta, Georgia. This policy explains what we collect through philomerax.com, why, and the choices you have. Questions: [email protected].

What we collect

• Booking details you give us: your name, email, business name, goals, preferred date, and the package, style and add-ons you choose.
• Payment details: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We receive the payment status, amount and the email you paid with.
• Messages: anything you send us by email or through the booking pages, such as dates that work for you.
• Basic visit statistics: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.

We don't use advertising or tracking pixels, and we don't sell or rent your information.

How we use it

To respond to your request, schedule and deliver your shoot, take payment, send booking emails (confirmations, date changes, receipts), keep business and tax records, and keep the site secure and free of spam.

Services we rely on

• Stripe processes payments and deposit holds. On the booking page Stripe sets cookies needed for fraud prevention.
• Cloudflare hosts the site and our booking database, runs Turnstile (a privacy-friendly check that you're human, without tracking cookies) and Web Analytics.
• Resend delivers our booking emails.
• Apple iCloud hosts our email and calendar.

Each service only gets what it needs to do its job and is bound by its own privacy terms.

Cookies

philomerax.com doesn't set its own cookies. The only cookies come from Stripe on the booking page, and they're strictly necessary for secure payments, so there's no cookie banner. If we ever add optional cookies, we'll ask first.

How long we keep it

Booking and payment records are kept for as long as we need them for your project and for tax and accounting rules (generally up to 7 years). Requests that never become bookings are deleted within 12 months.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your information, or to stop emailing you, by writing to [email protected]. We'll reply within 30 days. Some records must be kept by law (for example, payment records).

Security

The site runs over HTTPS, booking actions use signed, expiring links, and access to our systems is limited to the owner. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
